MOHAVE VALLEY, AZ – November 29, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Fresh off announcing her return to compete in Dakar Rally, Sara Price is gearing up to tackle the Dubai International Baja from November 28 to December 1. Price will race under the esteemed South Racing Can-Am banner, teaming up with experienced navigator and 2020 Dakar Rally winner Sean Berriman in a Can-Am Maverick R in the SSV class as part of her preparation for this upcoming Dakar Rally.

This year’s Dubai International Baja, the 8th edition in its current format, celebrates an incredible 45 years since its inception as the Dubai Rally in 1979. As one of the oldest and most prestigious motorsport events in the UAE and the region, it offers a perfect mix of challenging terrain and technical complexity, making it an ideal testing ground for Dakar competitors.

Now, I’m focused on continuing that momentum in Dubai and onto Dakar this January. Sara Price, owner of SP Motorsports, began racing dirt bikes at age eight, winning 19 amateur titles and medaling at the 2010 X-Games. As the most decorated female amateur in motocross, she became the first factory-supported female racer with Monster Energy Kawasaki.
