The ninth round of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series is set to take place on Friday, July 8, with the running of the Dawn 150 at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.
Twenty-five cars have entered the 50-lap event.
NASCAR Camping World Truck Series title contender John Hunter Nemechek will pilot the No. 55 Mobil 1 Toyota for Venturini Motorsports in preparation for his Truck start at Mid-Ohio the following day. It will be Nemechek’s first ARCA start.
Nemechek will be flanked by Parker Chase in the No. 15 Vertical Bridge Toyota for Venturini, his first ARCA start since Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Nemechek isn’t the only Truck regular in the field. Jack Wood (No. 21), Colby Howard (No. 91) and Blaine Perkins (No. 99) will all compete for Bill McAnally Racing, while Kris Wright will drive for Cook Racing Technologies in the No. 42.
Clubb Racing Inc. has two cars in the field. Rita Thomason returns to the No. 03, while Casey Carden will make his series debut in the No. 3.
Ed Bull returns to the series in the No. 7, a partnership between his own team and CCM Racing.
Fast Track Racing’s entries include the Nos. 10, 11, 12 and 01 of Arnout Kok, Stanton Barrett, Tony Cosentino and DL Wilson, respectively.
Con Nicolopoulos makes a start in the No. 27, chiefly driven by Tim Richmond.
Dale Quarterley is entered for his own team after first running the main series this year at Daytona International Speedway for Bobby Gerhart. Quarterley has run two ARCA Menards Series West races in his No. 32 this year.
The Dawn 150 is set to go green at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, July 8. TV coverage will be provided by FOX Sports 1, with radio coverage provided by MRN.
