CHINO, CA – January 20, 2022 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – A workhorse for years, the Kawasaki KLR 650 has always been a great bike for getting into dual sport riding. The newest version of the KLR sees the bike getting an updated water cooled 652cc single cylinder engine that now incorporates EFI.
This required us to update and improve our exhaust option for the big single cylinder Kawasaki. We stayed with our workhorse for off-road, our RS-2 Race Series then refined the baffle and tail pipe to optimize the power for EFI. The results are amazing with a massive weight loss of 7.1 lbs. the KLR not only has more useable power it handles much better with the removal of all the weight out back.
