Should NASCAR's All-Star Race Rotate Venues?

With the NASCAR Cup Series’ All-Star Race at Texas Motor Speedway for the second year running, it’s time for 20 locked-in drivers and four drivers admitted via the All-Star Open to duke it out under the lights in the Lone Star State on Sunday (May 22).
