The Oscar Davis Collection holds automobiles of great value, historical significance, and intrinsic appeal, and any of the lots could serve as the centerpiece of any collection, making it impossible to choose a single highlight. From Davis’ 1938 Talbot-Lago T150-C SS Teardrop Coupe by Figoni et Falaschi to his 1953 Ferrari 375 MM Spider by Scaglietti, and from rare Bugattis to the Alfa Romeos, RM Sotheby’s is thrilled to offer collectors an opportunity to acquire some of the finest automobiles ever offered at auction.

The Masterworks of Design collection will go under the hammer on 18 August in Monterey. A collection of 48 significant one-off and limited-production motor cars presenting exquisite design, impeccable engineering, and remarkable craftsmanship, all offered out of long-term private ownership.
