That onboard is from a Porsche 911 GT3 R (despite the Tik Tok caption saying Merc), they’re definitely one of loudest GT3 cars. The whine you hear, especially in higher gears / RPMs, is due to the straight cut gears in the gearbox.

In 6th gear, the Porsche just transitions into this all-encompassing EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE noise, and it’s fantastic! Each GT3 car has its own different sound and quirks, like the lower pitched rumble and whistle of the AMG, the turbo spool up and blowoff from the Ferrari, or the buzz of the air compressor during Audi / Lambo downshifts.

The Porsche is absolutely notorious for the high pitched scream of that straight 6, though – it’s impossible not to recognize!
