Kaz Grala will pilot TRICON Garage’s No. 1 Toyota Tundra at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, TRICON announced Feb. 24.
Grala is the second Xfinity Series driver to join TRICON this week, following John Hunter Nemechek, who will drive the No. 17 for Las Vegas and Atlanta.
Grala competes full time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Sam Hunt Racing in the No. 26 Toyota GR Supra.
He will have sponsorship from Ruedebusch Development and Construction for the race.
Grala has one Truck win, coming in 2017 at Daytona International Speedway. He made 12 starts in the series in 2022, earning one top 10.
The 24-year-old finished 32nd due to engine trouble in the Xfinity season opener at Daytona last weekend.
The No. 1 was driven by Jason White at Daytona; he finished 15th. Jesse Love and William Sawalich will also drive the truck this season.
TRICON and Grala will look to qualify for the Victoria’s Voice Foundation 200 on March 3 at 9 p.m. ET, with coverage provided by FOX Sports 1.
