Juncos Hollinger Signs American Lindsay Brewer for Indy NXT 2024 Season

Lindsay Brewer becomes the first American female driver to compete in the Indy NXT series since 2007. The Denver native was signed by Juncos Hollinger Racing for the 2024 season, adding to the team line-up.

Lindsay Brewer has secured a full-time seat at the wheel of the Juncos Hollinger Racing #76 Dallara for 2024 after joining the JHR junior team to contest the Indy NXT by Firestone series, formerly known as Indy Lights.

The 26-year-old from Denver, who completed two seasons in the USF Pro 2000 Championship, where she crossed the finish line two times in the top 10, will take on the NTT INDYCAR developmental open-wheel series challenge next year, featuring a 14-race calendar comprised of three street courses, eight road courses, and three ovals.

When the lights go out on March 10 in St. Petersburg, Florida, the season opener, Brewer will become the first American woman to drive in the junior series since 2007.

Commenting on her new racing career challenge, Brewer said: “Driving at the top level of open-wheel racing in the U.S. has been a dream of mine ever since I was a young girl. To be able to take this step up and drive INDY NXT is not only exciting for me, but it is also a dream come true.”

Adding: “I’m incredibly thankful to Juncos Hollinger Racing and Team Principal Ricardo Juncos for allowing me to show what I can do and for everyone who has supported me on this journey.”

To be representing America and women in a full season at this level of motorsport is something I can be proud of, and it is motivation for me to work as hard as I possibly can on and off the track. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish.

Last October, the Colorado-born first tested the American-Argentine outfit machinery at the Chris Griffis Memorial at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway road course, making a second outing with the squad a month later at Barber Motorsports Park.
