PARIS, FRANCE – January 18, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – RM Sotheby’s is offering 78 incredible lots at itsupcoming Paris sale on 31 January. The sale returns to the incredible location in the ‘Golden Triangle’ of Paris at The Salles Du Carrousel Du Louvre.
Among the top lots on offer is the 2017 Bugatti Chiron ‘La Mer Argentée’. As one of just 500 Chirons pledged to be built, this unique example is customised with a factory-wrapped polished alloy finish. Other enhancements include an upgrade in 2019 by the factory for a Performance Package, which included the upgraded suspension setup from the Chiron Sport and polished aluminium ‘Course’ wheels. Offered from its first and only owner with just 4,758 kilometres on the clock, this fine example is ready for its next custodian (Estimate: €2,750,000 – €3,500,000 EUR). For lovers of rare hypercars, the 2021 Koenigsegg Regera will unquestionably grab attention. One of just 80 examples produced, it is finished in Moon Silver with blue stripes and is one of the world’s fastest cars, capable of reaching 400 km/h. It boasts an incredible groundbreaking new technology of ‘Koenigsegg Direct Drive’, pairing a 1,000+ horsepower engine to a trio of electric motors, giving it nearly 1,500 horsepower. Now being offered from its first owner, this Regera has a mere 522 kilometres on the clock (Estimate: €2,000,000 – €2,600,000 EUR).
A duo of performance Porsches follows these fine examples. First up is the 2014 Porsche 918 ‘Weissach’ Spyder that comes factory equipped with the highly desirable ‘Weissach’ package boasting a 608 brake-horsepower V-8 coupled with a 154 brake-horsepower electric motor.
