The United States is littered with seven-second street cars, it’s pretty crazy if you think about how many are really out there. Over in Europe, there aren’t nearly as many seven-second rides, and that’s what makes Buzz Singh’s twin turbo Lamborghini Huracan even cooler. Singh’s ride also happens to be the quickest and fastest Lambo in Europe.
The road to glory hasn’t been smooth for Singh. His Lambo smoked two different V10 engines, but he stuck with it and the hard work paid off.
Singh enlisted the assistance of Gursev Virdee from GV Performance to build this rowdy Italian stallion. For power, A fully robust engine was built by Tony Palo at T1 Race for Singh’s boosted application. Boost Logic provided plenty of parts support for the build, and supplied the turbo kit. The MoTeC ECU that controls the Lambo is tuned by Palo from his shop in the United States. When the wick is turned up, Singh’s Lambo makes a sizzling 2,100 horsepower to the rear tires.
Dyno numbers are cool, but they’re not as impressive as big runs at the track. Singh brought the Huracan to Santa Pod Raceway and entered it into the True Street class during the most recent Doorslammers event. After a test hit, Singh began turning the car up and that led to the impressive 7.75 at over 192 mph run that reset the record. You’ll want to check out this video from VeeDubRacing to hear the twin-turbo V10 scream down the track on its way to setting the European record for a Lamborghini in Europe.
