In the world of Formula One, Daniel Ricciardo is as much a loved fan favourite as he is an on-track racer.

This is a spectacular career in what might as well be considered the sport of dreams, but one that has been largely unaffected by the topical winds in this top moment. The “Honey Badger” (in honour of his friendly demeanour and savage driving) has gone from a sweet-rookie to a golden grizzled veteran, netting applause for his fearless late braking and courageous dive-bombs.

Ricciardo considers how he might motivate aspiring drivers while acknowledging the impact he has. “I understand that I have a platform to motivate someone who was like me at a young age,” he stated to CNN Sport. He continued, emphasising his desire to motivate the upcoming generation of racers, saying, “I’d love to give a kid something to aim for.”

Daniel Ricciardo, who is 35, is the fourth-oldest driver in the Formula One grid. His humorous acceptance of the job is demonstrated by his statement, “I’ve got no problem being the older guy and trying to share some wisdom,” which indicates that he is more than eager to teach the younger…
