From Pit Stops to Pop Culture: Navigating the Sixth Season of Drive to Survive

BWT Alpine Formula One Team, in collaboration with its Official Partner Xbox, will celebrate the return of the legendary adventurer Indiana Jones with a bold, special edition livery at the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas. This unique design marks the promotion of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, an upcoming first-person, cinematic action-adventure game from Bethesda Softworks and MachineGames in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games. The game promises a thrilling new chapter for fans, filled with whip-cracking action, intriguing puzzles, and global adventures.

To commemorate the game’s release, the BWT Alpine A524 will take on a stunning sunset orange livery inspired by the iconic Indiana Jones logo, featuring intricate details such as an ancient map and red travel routes—evoking the classic globe-trotting style of the film series. The car will also proudly display the game’s title, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, marking a powerful fusion of motorsport and gaming.

Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly will further embrace the Indiana Jones theme, sporting specially designed race suits during the race weekend. These overalls pay tribute to Indy’s adventurous spirit, showcasing a world map and golden notes highlighting his most famous escapades.

As part of the promotional campaign, BWT Alpine and Xbox embarked on a cross-country tour ahead of the U.S. Grand Prix, symbolizing Indiana Jones’ travels. Beginning in California, a mysterious artefact made its way across the U.S. to the Circuit of the Americas in Texas, carried on a flatbed truck. The journey passed through iconic American landmarks like Las Vegas, the Bonneville Salt Flats, Monument Valley, and more before arriving just in time for the Austin race weekend.

Oliver Oakes, BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s Team Principal, expressed his excitement for the collaboration:

“Working with the Xbox team to bring alive this incredible livery for the United States Grand Prix has been fantastic. The new look will be right at home in the Austin setting this weekend. Our partnership with Xbox has reached new heights in the past year, and this is our biggest activation yet. There’s even more to come, and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of the game when it comes out.”
