Practice
The top five in Saturday’s Practice session remained the same bar one – Luke Clout replaced Rick Ware Racing team-mate Mitchell Oldenburg – as reigning double champion Ken Roczen got dialled in, going fastest by two-tenths over Friday pacesetter Eli Tomac.
During the session, disaster struck for Cedric Soubeyras who crashed out and was ultimately stretchered away. It was later revealed that the French rider had been ruled out of the event due to injury.
Clout ended Practice as the third fastest rider followed by the Fire Power Honda duo of Joey Savatgy and Dean Wilson in fourth and fifth respectively.
