Nick Sanchez won the pole for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway, going 185.51 mph in qualifying on April 1.
It’s the second pole of the season for the Rev Racing rookie.
Jack Wood starts alongside Sanchez on the front row, while Ty Majeski and Corey Heim make up the second row. Carson Hocevar rounds out the top five.
Christian Eckes begins sixth, Stewart Friesen is seventh and Tyler Ankrum starts eighth. Jake Garcia and Ben Rhodes completes the top 10.
Matt DiBenedetto, Tyler Hill, Kaden Honeycutt and Spencer Boyd didn’t make a qualifying lap.
Kaden Honeycutt crashed after he blew a right-front tire and missed out on qualifying. However, since 36 trucks are entered, he’ll still make the race.
Eckes was quickest in practice, with a single lap speed of 184.559 mph.
Coverage for the SpeedyCash.com 250 at Texas starts at 4:30 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1.
