The US-focused partnership connects T-Mobile, America’s largest and fastest 5G network, with the McLaren Formula 1 Team, marking a significant step in the intersection of cutting-edge technology and motorsport performance.

Today, McLaren Racing announced T-Mobile as an official partner of the McLaren Formula 1 Team and the exclusive 5G Partner in the United States, debuting at the 2024 United States Grand Prix in Austin.

This partnership offers McLaren Racing a strategic advantage, harnessing T-Mobile’s industry-leading 5G network to enhance race day operations, optimize team communications, and provide state-of-the-art connectivity for guests. Moreover, T-Mobile’s advanced technology will unlock new, immersive fan experiences at U.S. races, helping to engage McLaren’s growing fanbase. The collaboration builds on T-Mobile’s strong track record of using 5G to improve operational efficiency and connect vital data for its partners while creating unique, data-rich experiences for fans.

McLaren Formula 1 cars, driven by Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, will feature prominent T-Mobile branding in the upcoming races, along with branding on other key touchpoints like garage headsets, enhancing T-Mobile’s visibility and engagement with the sport’s audience.
