Tim Erdmann named NHRA Vice President Of Finance

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – April 18, 2024 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – NHRA officials announced today that Tim Erdmann has been named NHRA Vice President of Finance.

Erdmann is based out of NHRA’s San Dimas, Calif. office and had been the Senior Director of Finance since 2020. He was hired by NHRA in 2019, first serving as a NHRA business manager. As NHRA’s Vice President of Finance, Erdmann oversees the payroll, accounting and finance departments.

Erdmann has also successfully navigated the complex budget, track settlements and contracts, and is responsible for creating operational efficiencies within finance. He played a pivotal role working with NASCAR to hold the Gerber Collision & Glass Route 66 NHRA Nationals last year at Route 66 Raceway in Chicago, which was a successful event and returns to the schedule in 2024.

A graduate of UCLA with a degree in Business Economics, Erdmann previously worked in public accounting for PwC in Los Angeles and as a manager at KPMG in Irvine, Calif. before moving into sports finance with NHRA.
