Discovery company, today announced the inaugural Super Street After Dark event, set to be lit up by the underglow of hundreds of imported vehicles starting at 7pm on Saturday, July 27, at enthusiast dealership Kaiser Kars in Compton, California. A vibrant homage to the tight-knit import tuner community who have curated a culture with a distinct appreciation for urban nightlife, the event will feature hundreds of the most iconic imported vehicles, live art car demonstrations, interactive exhibits, curated showcases, music and more. Super Street culture in the United States was born in Southern California and is the perfect location for this exhilarating, inaugural “After Dark” experience to take place.

Super Street After Dark is the intersection of street culture, car customization and traditional art. Attendees will get a first-hand look at the evolution of self-expression through the lens of automotive design, performance, and style.

More than 250 of the hottest imported vehicles will cruise in and take over Kaiser Kars in Compton, CA, along with live music and automotive artwork, iconic images and artifacts of the Japanese domestic market (JDM) culture from the early 90’s through the present as well as tuner-inspired visual displays. In partnership with local artists, Super Street After Dark will feature “Art Cars” on site, which have been transformed into rolling masterpieces.  In the tuner community, every car is a canvas, every modification is a stroke of self-expression, and cars become the physical embodiment of creativity and passion for automotive enthusiasts.
