Christopher Tate announced on Monday (May 6) that he will make his ARCA Menards Series debut driving the No. 01 Chevrolet for Fast Track Racing at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Tate will have sponsorship from T-Top Manufacturing.

He is currently serving as an active-duty member of the Marine Corps.

The No. 01 Fast Track entry sits 41st in owner’s points after attempting two of the first five races in the 2024 season. Takuma Koga failed to qualify it for the season opener at Daytona International Speedway and Cody Dennison piloted it to a 17th-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway.

Even though Tate did not run the ARCA test this year at Daytona International Speedway, he did run the test last year with Fast Track. He also tested late models for 3F Racing and ran a race at Florence Motor Speedway in November 2022.

ARCA will race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 24 at 6 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1.
